Portfolio
Endurance’s holdings include 5.36 MSF of existing industrial space across 54 buildings in Pennsylvania & New Jersey ranging from bulk distribution buildings to manufacturing assets. Our Pennsylvania portfolio spans across various submarkets throughout the entire state. In the Lehigh Valley, our projects include Berks 61 & Berks 222, a three-building speculative development delivered by Endurance in 2022, and the Reading Industrial Portfolio. In Central Pennsylvania, our projects include the Middletown Logistics Center, another speculative development delivered and stabilized by Endurance in 2022, and the York Business Center. In addition , we own a project in the Pittsburgh market, 79 North Industrial Portfolio. Although Endurance does not currently own projects in Northeastern Pennsylvania, a submarket Endurance has historically owned and continue to target for development opportunities for future industrial developments. Endurance also owns the Keystone Industrial Portfolio, which is located in one of the most desirable areas within the Southeastern Pennsylvania/ Philadelphia Metropolitan area at the convergence of the Pennsylvania Turnpike(I-276) and I-95. Roughly 20% of our portfolio is across the Delaware River in Southern New Jersey including the Cherry Hill Business Center and the Southern New Jersey Portfolio, both of which represent some of the best shallow bay light industrial product in the Southern New Jersey market.

Over the last decade Endurance has been targeting more land opportunities to develop best-in-class industrial product. In Pennsylvania, Endurance is actively constructing two warehouses totaling 1.2 MSF. This includes the Chambersburg Logistics Center in Chambersburg, PA (Central Pennsylvania) and Berks 183 in Reading, PA (Lehigh Valley Pennsylvania).
