Chambersburg Logistics Park is strategically located in the I-81/78 Distribution Corridor of Central PA. Construction is underway and the project is expected to deliver in the first quarter of 2024. The I-81/78 Corridor is one of the largest and fastest growing industrial markets in North America. The driving factors of the submarket include multi-modal infrastructure, low operating costs, proximity to regional parcel and freight hubs, a high concentration of 3PL carriers, a super-regional highway network and an abundant labor force. 

Perhaps the largest driver is the outbound capability of this region, which provides access to one-third of the United States population and half of the Canadian population within a one-day drive. The Chambersburg Logistics Park totals 1,006,500 SF and features 40′ clear heights, 101 loading docks, 375 car parks, and 213 trailer drops.
