In July 2005, Endurance partnered with Realty Financial
Partners to acquire 1220 N. Market Street in Wilmington,
Delaware. The 98,723 square foot, 10-story office
tower is a boutique property, which was 50% occupied
at the time of purchase, that caters to law firms
and financial service companies. To date, Endurance has leased up the property to 80% occupancy and improved the asset with the following capital improvements: the renovation of all common corridors and lobbies, implemented a new energy management system for the building and installed new building directory signage.
