| Mr.
William A. White
Mr. White has worked in real estate investment and finance
since 1990. Together with Benjamin Cohen, he co-founded
Endurance Real Estate Group in July 2002. Prior to co-founding
Endurance, Mr. White worked 10 years for Fortis Advisers,
the US investing arm for Fortis, a $400B European insurance
and banking group. During his last seven years at Fortis,
he sourced, underwrote, negotiated and closed equity investments
on the behalf of the Fortis US insurance companies. He
invested $182MM of equity in half a billion dollars of
real estate for their accounts, earning them a 25% compounded
IRR through the date of his departure. Prior to that,
Mr. White asset-managed the Fortis portfolio of distressed
assets and mortgages. He created and oversaw the execution
of these assets' business and disposition plans. Mr. White
also closed commercial mortgage loans totaling $150MM
with Cronheim Mortgage from 1990 to 1991.
Mr. White received his MBA in Finance and Statistics from
the NYU Stern School of Business, graduating in the top
10% of his class. He received his BA in Economics from
Rutgers College, graduating with Honors. He has also studied
at the Lugwig-Maximilians-University in Munich where he
attained fluency in verbal and written German.
Mr.
Benjamin I. Cohen
Mr. Cohen has worked in investment real estate since 1997.
Prior to co-founding Endurance Real Estate Group, Mr.
Cohen most recently worked for RFR Holdings, a major privately
owned development firm based in New York City whose portfolio
consisted of over 6 million square feet of Manhattan office
space. While at RFR, Mr. Cohen worked on Acquisitions
and Asset Management, including leasing, recapitalization
and disposition analysis. Mr. Cohen also worked on acquisition
due diligence, financial modeling, deal structuring and
assisted in the procurement of equity and debt capital
for new acquisitions.
Prior to RFR, Mr. Cohen spent two years working at Fortis
Advisers in Acquisitions and Asset Management with Mr.
White. Mr. Cohen worked on the underwriting of development
and acquisition deals for joint venture equity financing.
Prior to working at Fortis Mr. Cohen spent two years at
Ernst & Young Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group
working as a senior auditor for major development clients
such as Tishman Speyer and SL Green Realty.
Mr. Cohen received his Masters of Science in Real Estate
Development from New York University and his B.S in Accounting
from Tulane University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Kevin M. Stackhouse RPA, SMA
Mr.Stackhouse has worked in the real estate leasing, construction, and management operations since 1992. He joined Endurance in January of 2006 as the Director of Asset Management. In this capacity Mr. Stackhouse oversees the day-to-day operations of Endurance’s Portfolio. Prior to joining Endurance, Mr. Stackhouse worked for Glenborough Realty Trust, a national REIT managing the day-to-day leasing, construction, and management of a 1.9 million square-foot, Class-A office and industrial portfolio in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. During this time frame he successfully maintained an 89% tenant retention rate while successfully leasing, renewing and constructing over 750,000 square feet of tenant space. He also successfully worked on the disposition of 560,000 square feet of non-core assets at that time. Prior to Glenborough, Mr. Stackhouse was Vice President of Construction and Management for The Schultz Organization, a full service real estate firm based in Central New Jesery managing their day-to-day operations and successfully expanding both the company’s Management and Construction divisions during his tenure. Mr. Stackhouse began his career at Gale and Wentworth for six years in their Property and Facilities Service department.
Mr. Stackhouse received his BA in Management, with an emphasis in Accounting and Finance from Bloomsburg University in Pennsylvania. He has also completed the RPA and SMA designation from the Building Owners and Management Institute and is a licensed Real Estate Person in the State of New Jersey. |
